How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

We recommend checking our Size Guide for detailed measurements. When in doubt, size up — our dresses feature back zips that allow for a little extra room, and our fully lined styles are designed for comfort and movement.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Most of our clothing runs true to size. However, because our pieces are designed for special occasions and often feature structured bodices, we recommend measuring your child and comparing to our size chart rather than going purely by age.

Are your clothes suitable for children with sensory sensitivities?

Absolutely! All of our dresses and gowns are tactile-friendly — fully lined with soft cotton so they're never scratchy, even for the most sensitive little ones. This is something we're very proud of!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at mbondalamelinda929@gmail.com. We'll provide a return shipping label.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

How do I care for my daughter's dress?

Care instructions vary by item and are listed on each product page. As a general guide:

  • Machine washable items: Wash on a gentle cycle and hang dry to preserve shape and embellishments.
  • Dry clean only items: These are typically our most delicate pieces with feathers, sequins, or intricate beading.
  • Shoes: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
  • Headbands & Hair Accessories: Store flat or hanging to maintain shape.

Will the colors look the same as on my screen?
